Custom and quality projects

Each super yacht project is carefully planned in accordance with the work list and its amendments. Implementing a quality control system that incorporates administrative records ensures all our work is detailed and can be easily tracked and evaluated.

Project management

Pre planning of the works is the key of success. The work list is discussed in detail with the Owner’s Representative or the Captain in order to cope with the general schedule of the yacht and the time frame dedicated to the refit. Periodic meetings (at least weekly meetings) are organised so all the trades are aware of the work progress and the interaction between each other. The Owner’s Representative is regularly informed of the work progress and progress reports are issued after each meeting. These progress reports serve to establish the monthly report and the attached invoice.

Our team is led by experienced professionals from the super yacht industry. Stéphane Marcelli and his team (shipyard and project management) control and manage the entire refit and repair process to ensure every project achieve the same high-quality standards and is completed in time.

We are just as happy to work with your own team members as to manage the entire project with our own network of local and skilled subcontractors.

In both cases, a Project Manager is exclusively dedicated to each project and is the point of contact with the Owner’s Representative and the crew from the start of the quote process until the end of the warranty period. Either for short time refits or larger ones, our experienced Project Managers work in close relationship with all of the classification societies such as ABS, BV, DNV, GL, LR and RINA together with the Maritime & Coastguard Agency (MCA).
