The work list is discussed in detail with the Owner’s Rep or the Captain in order to cope with the general schedule of the yacht and the time frame dedicated to the refit. Periodic meetings (at least weekly meeting) are organised so all the trades as aware of the work progress and the interaction between each other. The Owner’s Rep is regularly informed of the work progress and progress reports are issued after each meeting. These progress reports serves to establish the monthly report and the attached invoice.
