Ships up to 150 m long can be dry or work for major refit or just for a class visit or for an emergency repair. The two dry docks are accessible 24h/24 all weather and at all times of the tide. A land full of 2000m ² is available along the two dry docks or to install or bungalows for equipment storage. This whole area is fully secured and fenced by its own security fence.

Yachts parked on full land or in dry docks can be completely sheltered from the weather to get the levels of temperature and humidity perfectly controlled inside during work phases.
